Chocolate Zucchini Cake

Beat together:

  • 1/2 Cup Butter
  • 1/2 Cup Oil
  • 1 3/4 Cups Sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/2 Cup Sour Cream
  • 1 Tsp. Vanilla

 

 

 

Sift Together:

  • 1 Tsp Baking Soda
  • 4 Tbsp. Cocoa
  • 1/4 Tsp. Salt
  • 2 1/2 Cups Flour
  • 1/2 Tsp. Baking Powder
  • 1/2 Tsp Cinnamon

Mix both bowls together then add 2 Cups shredded zucchini.

Place in a 9 x 12 pan

Add 1/2 Cup chocolate chips on top of cake batter.

Bake at 325 for 40 to 45 minutes.
